Sweeping Operations

Unlimited Sweepers and Cleaners, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Maintenance Company. It was formed in 2008 to hold the rapidly increasing business of both municipal and highway sweeping operations of First Maintenance Company. 

            The operations originated with the development of the “Downtown Clean Team” for the new Business Improvement District for “ Downtown OKC”.  This area incorporated several districts of the downtown area of Oklahoma City including Bricktown. The highly successful program of sweeping the sidewalks and curbs with periodic power washing significantly improved the image and cleanliness of these areas.

            Unlimited Sweepers and Cleaners have grown rapidly into the largest and most successful sweeping contractor in the State of Oklahoma. We have city wide contracts for street sweeping with The City of Oklahoma City, The City of Tulsa and The City of Muskogee. Additionally, we have a contract with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority for Highway sweeping. 

            Growth from a single sidewalk sweeper into an operation with 11 sweepers ranging up to the largest new air sweepers on the market is a point of pride.  Our success stems from not only long hours and hard work but to development of cutting edge refinements in both sweeper equipment modifications and operation. 

            The dedicated staff of Unlimited Sweepers and Cleaners deserves all the credit for these successes.  Extensive training and education have resulted in a team capable of performing at the highest technical levels in our industry.
