Landscape Operations

First Maintenance Company’s landscape operation is involved in statewide industrial mowing operations, specifically in the utility industry. Additionally, we provide large industrial service center landscape services including both design and installation.

Our service area covers the center 2/3 of the State and includes both large scale brush hogging and finish mowing. We utilize a fleet of Scag commercial Z mowers for the finish mowing.

First Maintenance Company has licensed applicators with the equipment capacity to provide large area spraying. This can include fertilization, weed control and sterilization operations.

During the off season First Maintenance Company provides site clearing, right of way and cleanup services for the utility industry.
